This is the last Will and Testament of me Zebulon Vincent formerly of Bishopsbourn in the County of Kent Gentleman but now of Saint Johns Hospital in or near the City of Canterbury I being of sound mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same

First I do hereby nominate and appoint my Friends Charles Fea of the City of Canterbury Woolstapler and Francis Bellingham of the same City Gentleman Executors of this my will

I give and bequeath all my Goods chattels household furniture and Effects money and Securities for money and all other my Personal Estate that shall remain after payment of my just debts funeral charges the costs of proving this my will and other incidental Expences unto my said Executors

Upon trust to permit my wife Ann Vincent to have and receive the use dividends and Interest during her natural life
and from and after her decease I give unto Jane the Widow of the late Son John Vincent otherwise Vinson Nineteen Guineas to be paid to her by my said Executors within six calendar months next after my said wife’s decease

And as for all the residue of my said Monies Securities for money Personal Estate and Effects I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto Zebulon John and Jane the three children of my said late Son John Vincent (otherwise Vinson) for their own use equally to be divided between them share and share alike

and I do declare that they my said Executors shall not be answerable the one for the other of them or for involuntary losses and that it shall be lawful for them to reimburse themselves respectively all expences they may be put to by reason of this my will or by the trusts in them reposed

And lastly I revoke all my former wills
In Witness whereof I the said Zebulon Vincent the testator have hereunto set my mark and seal the ninth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Zebulon Vincent the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament the same having been read over to and fullly explained to him in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
