This is the last Will and Testament of me William Vinten of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Taylor made published & declared the Twenty third day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Six

I give & bequeath all & every my Household Goods & Furniture & all & Singular my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever & wheresoever & of whatever denomination the same may be unto my dear Wife Sarah Vinten to & for her own absolute use and benefit

Also I give & devise all that my Messuage Tenement or Cottage with the Buildings Garden Ground & appurts thereunto belonging situate lying & being at or near the other end of Tonbridge Town in the parish of Tonbridge in the County of Kent aforesaid & now in my own occupation and all other my Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my two Sons Samuel Vinten & Thomas Vinten equally to be divided between them share & share alike as Tenants in Common & not as joint Tenants & to their several & respective Heirs & assigns for ever

Upon condition nevertheless that they my said Sons Samuel Vinten & Thomas Vinten do & shall yearly & every year pay unto my said wife & her assigns for & during the term of her natural life if she shall so longer continue my widow the Sum of Twenty Shillings of lawful Money the first Payment thereof to be made at the end of Twelve Calendar Months next after my decease

and also upon condition that they my said Sons shall and do pay unto my Daughters Sarah & Elizabeth the Sum of Five pounds apiece of like lawful Money at the end of Twelve Calendar Months next after my decease and if either of them my said Daughters Sarah & Elizabeth shall depart this life before the same Legacies shall become payable then I direct that the Legacy of such of my said Daughters so dying shall go & be paid to the Survivor of them

and also upon condition that they my said Sons shall & do pay & discharge all my just Debts which I shall owe at the time of my decease my Funeral Expences & the charges of proving this my Will & all charges incident thereto

and I do declare that the bequests hereinbefore contained in favor of my said Wife are given & made to her upon the express condition that she my said Wife shall & do at any time when required by my said Sons & at their own Costs release all her right & title of Dower Moiety thirds or Customary Estate which she my said Wife may have or claim to be entitled to of in or out of my said Real Estate or any part thereof

and I do Nominate Constitute & appoint my said Sons Samuel Vinten & Thomas Vinten joint Executors of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
