Item I bequeath unto Julian my wiff all my howshold as it is and of the residue of my catell

The Residue of all my goods & moveables I give and bequeith unto Julian my Wiff and to Thomas Vissynden my Son

Item I make Edmunde Congherst my Overseer of this my present testament and last Will
This is the last Will of me Thomas Vissinden made the day and ye[a]r aforesaide
First I Wull and ordeyn that my feoffes (that is say) Robert Pende; William Morleyn; Edward
Fowyll and Stephin Vissinden that they? suffer? Thomas Vissinden my son to take the
p[ro]fitts of all my lands and ten[emen]ts all the terme of my Wiffs live
wththas [with this] condition that the said Thomas pay unto my wiff yerly all the terme of her liff xiijs iiijd to be paide quarterly
And if the saide Thomas pay nott his mother quarterly then att the halfe ye[a]r end I Wull that my feoffe shall distresse in all my said lands and tents. and any p[ar]cell thereof for lakk of payment as it is aforesaid / and for take of distresse at the half yeres end or wtyn [within] 15 dayes after for lake [lack] of payment as it is aforesaid my feoffe to putt out that seid Thomas my son And to be take of forme all my said lands and tents. all the terme of my Wiffe live And the p[ro]fitts thereof to remayne to my Wiff
And after the deasse [decease] of my Wiff I wull that Thomas Vissynden my son shalhave all my lands and tents. in fee Symple wt [with]
this condition that the saide Thomas or his Assignes pay or do (cause) to be paied unto John Vissinden my son or to his Assignes
V markes of usuall money of ingland to be paide wtyn [within] v yers next after my Wiff’s deceasse evry yer xiijs iiijd till the saide V
marks be fully paied
And in like wisse the saide Thomas my Son shall pay to Symon Vissinden my Son or to his Assignes
iiij marks to be paide wtyn iiij yeris [years] nexte after my Wiffs deceasse in like wise as John his broder shalbe paied
And yf that it be so that Thomas my son shall fayll of payment to his Brothers or to ther Assignes in man[ne]r and forme as it is before reherad [rehearsed] evry yere eche one of them xiijs iiijd till the saide iij marks be fully paied Then for lake [lack] of payment at evry years ende or wtin a moneth after evry yer that they lake payment Then I wull that my feoffe shall sell as much of my saide lands as then can sell for the values of jx [9] marks Whereas they can get best hepurian? for to be any of my saide lands and ther to pay my saide ij sonnes or their Assignes in maner as it is before rehersed
Also I wull When that my feoffe anerseared [answered] labours or have any besynes or Intndannce [Attendance] to the use of this my last
Will then to have for there labours or intedannce as re[a]son requireth
Also I wull that when my feofee did unto ij or one when ther shall enfeoff some trusty man in
all my lands and tents. and that same one man shall refeoff the foresaid two or one ayon [upon] wt [with] moo [more] honest men at the
chosyngof the said ij or one
