This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Voller of Eltham in the County of Kent Labourer when in Sound mind memory and understanding whereby I recommend my soul to God and dispose of my worldly Effects as hereinafter mentioned

I give to my Sister Hannah Voller Seventy five pounds in the three per cent Annuities consols
I give to my Nephew Jonathan Bylott all the rest of my Goods and Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever

I do make and Constitute my said Sister Hannah Voller and my said Nephew Jonathan Bylott Executor & Executrix to this my last Will & Testament
and Lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time or times heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will & testament

In testimony whereof I the said Thomas Voller the Testator have to this my last Will & Testament set my hand and affix my seal the twenty fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirteen Thomas Voller his mark x
