Will of Robert Vosper

of Gravesend, Kent

I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I also direct All my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and all debts due and owing unto me to be converted into money and got in and after payment thereout of One hundred pounds due to George Beard of Gravesend aforesaid Butcher and all other my debts to invest the remainder thereof in Government Securities

and I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay the dividend thereof to my dear Mother for and during her natural life
and after her decease I direct that the said securities may be converted into money and equally divided between all my Brothers and Sisters who may be living at the time of my said Mother�s decease

I give and bequeath unto Mrs Elizabeth Drome the Portrait of my late dear Wife and the picture of our Saviour usually hanging by the side of the said Portrait

I hereby appoint William Beard of Gravesend Barge Owner and the said George Beard Executors of this my Will and hereby revoking all other Wills declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this eleventh day of August One thousand eight hundred and forty eight The mark X of the said Robert Vosper
