This is the last Will and Testament of me James Voules of Orpington in the County of Kent

First I hereby direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary and other expences be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named
and subject to such payment I give and bequeath all my property which I may die possessed of or entitled to of whatsoever nature or kind the same may be to my Sister Catherine Voules to be received and possessed by Law for her whole sole and separate use and benefit

but if the said Catherine Voules should not be living at the time of my decease then in like manner I give and bequeath all my said property and estate as aforesaid to such of the daughters of my brother John Voules or shall be living at the time of my decease the same to be divided between them share and share alike such as shall be with the interest (if any) accruing thereon to be paid to them on their attaining their respective ages of twenty one years such share to be for the sole and separate use and benefit of such daughters of the said John Voules as shall by this my Will become entitled to receive the same

and I hereby nominate and appoint my said Sister Catherine Voules sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventeenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four James Voules
