Will of John Wade

of Great Chart, Kent

A true informacion of ye last will nuncupative of John Wade deceased late of greate Charte in ye Countie of Kent yeoman delivered upon ye testimony of Jervice Hubert and George Fillpott of ye parish of Charte aforesayde

The sayd John deceased the five and twentieth daye of January last past Anno domini 1599

The said John being sounde and perfect in memorie but weake and distressed in body did give unto Mary his wife all and singular his goods and Chattells whatsoever, his debts being payed and his funeral charges discharged For ye bringing upp of his children and hir owne maintenance without giving eny parte or parcell of his said goods from hir

And of this his sayd will he made and ordained ye sayd Mary his executrix onlie without eny intermedler or supravisors whatsoever

To the which will the parties above mencioned have here sette theire hands and subscribed their names
Jervice Hubert, his marke, George Fillpott, his marke
