to her and her heires by my Executor whome I shall name anone, either at the daie of her marriage or at the age of one and twentie

Item my will and mynde is That shee shall have one featherbedd together with all the appurtinances
Item I give and bequeath to Joseph Waghorne my younger Sonne the summe of one hundred poundes of good and lawfull English money
To be paide to him and his heires by my Executor at fower and twentie yeares of age
And my will and mynde is That the said my Sonne Joseph shall have the great Copper or brewinge vessell which came from hanbwell?
Item I give and bequeath to John Waghorne my second sonne the summe of one hundred poundes of good and lawfull English money To be paide to him and his heires by my Executor at fower and twentie yeares of his age
Item I give and bequeath to Dyna Waghorne my Wife Twelve poundes of good and lawfull English money per Annum duringe her naturall life, Seaven poundes whereof my Executor shall paie quarterly and every yeare duringe her naturall life And to give such sufficient securitie to her for the true payment of it as shee shall like
Item Fiftie shillinges my will and mynde is That my sonne Joseph shall paie to her
And fiftie shillinges my sonne John to paie to her
out of their severall legacies quarterlie and every yeare duringe her naturall life And both my said sonnes That is to saie Joseph
and John to give such sufficient securitie to her as shee shall like off from the daie of their receivinge their severall portions,
otherwise the said legacies to be paid to my said wife till such tyme the aforesaid said securitie bee given
And in the time of the mynoritie of my said two sonnes Joseph and John, My will and mynde is That my Executor paie to my wife the
said fyve pounds quarterly and every yeare during the tyme of their mynoritie
Item my will and mynde is, That my said wife Dyna shall have a free choice of Thirtie poundes Worth of household stuffe for her owne use and disposinge
Item my will and mynde is, That my Executor paie to Esther Lahan my Daughter in lawe her portion given her by her Father which I had in my custodie the summe of Twentie poundes
And all the residue of my goods and chattells before not given or bequeathed my debts legacies and
funerall expences discharged I give unto Thomas Waghorne my elder Sonne Whome I make and
ordaine my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And I desire John Morgan my Sonne in lawe and Thomas Day to bee my Overseers and to compose
what differences soever shall arise betweene my foresaid wife and children anie thinge concerninge my Will.

Thomas Waghorne married Dinah Langhan alias Collyn at SS Peter & Paul, Tonbridge, Kent. (Alias – she was already a widow at her marriage
to Thomas.)
