First I appoint my Wife Mary Waghorne to be my Executrix and request of Fienees Markham Wykeham Martin Esqr. of Leeds Castle to take on him the office of Executor
And I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Mary Waghorne all my Goods and Chattels in
household furniture and other Effects for her sole use and benefit after paying my just debts
and I also give to her for her natural life all my property in the four per Cent Consolidated annuities
standing in my name as William Waghorne of Leeds Castle in the County of Kent
and at her decease to my two Sons William Waghorne and Charles Waghorne in equal proportions
but if it should so happen that my said Wife die before my Sons William and Charles attain the age of 21 years that my
property as aforesaid shall accumulate and not be divided until they shall respectively have arrived at the age of 21 years

Proved at London 8th December 1824 before the Judge by the Oaths of Mary Waghorne Widow the Relict and Fiennes Wykeham Martin Esqr. the Executors to whom admon. was granted being first Sworn (by Comon [Commission]) duly to administer.
On the 8th August 1859 Admon. with the Will annexed of the Personal Estate and
Effects of William Waghorne late of Leeds in the County of Kent Servant who died on or about 5th
September 1824 at Leeds Castle in the said County left unadministered by Mary Waghorne Widow
the Relict and Fiennes Wykeham Martin Esquire respectively the Executors named in the said Will
was granted to Charles Waghorne one of the natural and lawful Children of the said deceased he having been first sworn
The said Mary Waghorne survived ... ... Executor and died 12th January 1859
Intestate and no residuary Legatee having been named in the said Will.
