In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Waghorn of Wateringbury in the County of Kent Single Woman do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

First I constitute and appoint Robert Beecher of Yalding in the County of Kent aforesaid Tailor Executor of this my Will and my Sister Mellen Noakes of the same place Widow my Executrix and for the trouble they may be at in the execution of the same I give them five pounds each

Item I give unto my Grandaughter Mary Waghorn fifty pounds to be paid to her by my Executor and Executrix when she shall attain the age of twenty one years but should my said Sister Elizabeth be living when my said Granddaughter arrives at the age of twenty one years it is my Will that my said Granddaughter should not receive the said fifty pounds till after her decease

Item after the death of my said Sister Elizabeth I give all my personal Estate of what nature or kind soever to my Sister Mellen Noakes aforesaid and my Brother Thomas Waghorn of Rotherhithe in the County of Surrey Sawyer

In Witness whereof I the said Sarah Waghorn the Testatrix have set my hand and seal this thirty first day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty nine

Proved at London the 7th August 1829 before the Worshipful John Danbury Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oaths of Robert Beecher & Mellon Noakes Widow the Sister the Executors to whom admon. [administration] was granted so having been just sworn duly to administer.
