also I Give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas Wakerill of Malden in the County of Essex Gardiner the sum of three hundred pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to him within three Months next after my decease
Also I Give and bequeath unto my Nephews and Nieces John Wakerill Uriah Wakerill Sarah Wakerill and Elizabeth Wakerill the four Children of my late Brother Robert Wakerill deceased and to each and every of them the sum of fifty pounds of like lawful Money to be paid to them respectively within three Months next after my decease
and all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Moneys
Securities for Money Money in the Publick Stocks or Funds Goods Chattels Rights
and Credits I Give and bequeath to my Brother Richard Wakerill of Eltham
Husbandman to and for his own Use and benefit
and I do make Nominate and Appoint my said Brother Richard Wakerill sole Executor of this my Will
and hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I declare this only to be my last

have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty seventh day of June One
