First I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Katherine Thompson for and dureing the terme of her naturall Life one Annuity or yearly Rent
charge of Ten pounds of lawfull money of England to be issueing and payable out of all my Messuages or Tenements and Hereditaments
Scituate lying and being in the parish of St. Katherines Colman, Fenchurch Street, London and now or late in the severall tenures or occupations
of ___ Mascall, Widow; George Turney; ___ Gabay and ___ Acton some or one of them their Assignee or Asignes, Undertenant or Undertenants
And out of all other my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments Scituate lying and being in the City of London
to be paid at my now dwelling House at the Four usuall Feast Daies or Daies of payment (that is to say) the Feast daies of St. Michael the
Archangel; the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; the Annunciation of the blessed Virgin Mary and the Nativity of St. John the
Baptist by Equall Portions The first payment thereof to begin at that of the said Feast daies which shall happen next after my death
And I doe give power and liberty To the said Katherine and her Assignes to enter into and distraine upon the said severall Messuages or
Tenements and Premisses with their appurtenances for their said Annuities or yearly Rent charge of Ten pounds or any parte thereof when and as
often as the same or any parte thereof shall be behinde and unpaid
And if my said Daughter Katherine shall at any time sell convey away or assigne over to any person or persons whatsoever the said Annuity or
Yearly Rent charge of Ten pounds or any part thereof That then and from thenceforth the said devise hereinbefore made by me to her thereof shall
cease and be void It being my great Designe and Desire that the said Annuity shall be for the maintenance of my said Daughter soe that she may
not want Necessaries
Item I give and devise All and every my said Messuages or Tenements and Hereditaments scituate lying and being in the said parish of St.
Katherines Colman, Fanchurch Street and every of them and every part of them with their appurtenances And all other my Messuages Lands Tenements
and Hereditaments scituate lying and being in the City of London with their appurtenances charged with the Annuity aforesaid And the revertion
and revertions remainder and remainders and all my full and whole Estate of in and to the same in manner following (that is to say)
Unto my eldest son Richard Walker and his assignes for and dureing the terme of his naturall Life
And from and after his Decease To my three grandsons Isaacson Walker; Russell Walker and John Walker sons of my said son Richard Walker
and their heires and assignes for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as joint Tenants
Item I give and devise All that my one full Individual Moiety or halfe parte of and in All that
Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances and of and in the Brewhouse Barne Outhouses
Edifices Buildings Yards Gardens Backsides orchards and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
therewith used or enjoyed scituate lying and being in Chatham aforesaid in or near the High Street
called Chatham Street on the South side thereof and now or late in the Tenure occupation of William Lott, Brewer or of his Assignes
And of and in all that Hop Garden or peece of Ground planted with Hopps (but was formerly a Cherry Garden) commonly called Sampsons containing by
estimation about Three or Four acres lying and being in Chatham aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of my son Richard Walker and
____ or one of them their Assignes or Undertenants unto my said Son Richard Walker and his Assignes for and dureing the Terme of his naturall Life
And immediately from and after his Decease Then I give and devise the said Moiety with the appurtenances unto my Grandson Richard Walker son of
my said son Richard Walker and to his Heires and Assignes for Ever
Item I give and devise all that my Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances commonly called or knowne by the name of Daneland together with
all those my Lands thereunto belonging with their Appurtenances containeing together by Estimation twenty and Four acres be the same more or
less scituate lying and being in the parish (of) Gillingham in the said County of Kent and now or late in the tenure or occupation of my son
Isaac Walker or of his Assignee or Assignes, Undertenant or Undertenants
And all other my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever with their appurtenances which I heretofore purchased of Mr. Humphrey
Hugesson And all those my severall peeces or parcels of Land arrable and Woodland with their appurtenances comonly called or knowne
by the name of the Woollets Land containing by Estimation Forty Acres be the same more or less lying and being in Gillingham aforesaid and now or
late in the Tenure or occupation of my said son Isaac Walker or of his Assignes which were heretofore purchased by me of one Mr. William Warren
of London, Merchant
And all that my Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances commonly called or knowne by the name of Shopland hall and all the Barnes Stables
Yards Orchards Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonging or therewith commonly used or enjoyed containeing
in the whole by Estimation One Hundred and Thirty Acres more or less scituate lying and being in the severall parishes of Shopland and Prettywell
in the County of Essex And all other my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever with their appurtenances lying and being in
Shopland and Prettywell aforesaid or elsewhere in the said County of Essex unto my said son Isaac Walker and his Assignes for and dureing the
Terme of his naturall Life
And from and after his Decease Then I give and devise the same Premisses herein before mentioned to be given unto my said son Isaac Walker unto Ann the now Wife of my said son Isaac Walker for the Maintenance of herselfe and Children for the terme of Ninety and Nine years to be accompted from the death of my said son Isaac if she the said Ann shall so long live and continue a Widow and unmarried And shall upon Request Release unto my said son Richard Walker and my said Grandson Richard Walker and to the Heires and Assignes of the same Richard Walker for ever all her Estate Dower Moiety Right and Title of Dower Claime and Demand whatsoever of in and to the said Moiety and Premisses soe given to my said son Richard Walker for his Life and after his decease to my said Grandson Richard Walker his Heires and Assignes as aforesaid
And from and after the end expiration or other sooner determination of the said Terme I give and devise All and every the said Messuages Lands Woodlands Hereditaments and Premisses hereinbefore mentioned to have been given by me unto my said son Isaac Walker as aforesaid with their appurtenances unto my Four Grandsons Isaac Walker, Robert Walker, Richard and William sons of my said son Isaac Walker and to their Heires and Assignes for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not joint Tenants
Item I give bequeath and devise All that my Messuage Tenement or Farme with the appurtenances
comonly called Settington al[ia]s the Manor of Settington or however otherwise called and the
Barne Stable Outhouses Gardens Orchards and severall peeces or parcells of Land containeing
together in the whole by estimation Two Hundred acres more or less to the same Messuage or
Tenement belonging or therewith used or enjoyed with their appurtenances scituate lying and being
in the Parish of Chatham aforesaid and now or late in the tenure or occupation of my son Richard Walker or of his Assignes or Undertenants
And all other the Messuages Lands and Tenements which I lately purchased of Charles Dallyson gent[leman] with their appurtenances unto
my said son Richard Walker for and dureing the terme of his naturall Life
and immediately from and after his decease Then unto my said Grandsons Isaacson Walker, Russell Walker and John Walker sons of my said son Richard
Walker and to their Heires and Assignes for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint

Item if my Nephew Isaac Walker son of my late deceased brother Mr. Edward Walker shall be alive three Moneths next after my decease Then
my Will and Minde is that my Executor hereafter named shall pay unto him the Legacy or sume of Ten pounds of lawfull money of England
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Yardley Twenty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid her by my said Executor within Three
Moneths next after my Decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Prudence Brogden the sume of One Hundred pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto her
by my said Executor within Three Moneths next after my Decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Son in Law Mr. James Brogden One Hundred pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid unto him by my
said Executor within Three Moneths next after my Decease
Item I give and bequeath unto James, Sarah, Isaac, Prudence, Elizabeth, Samuel, Benjamin and John Brogden, Children of my said Daughter
Prudence Brogden Fifty pounds apeece of lawfull money of England to be paid by my Executor within Three Moneths next after my
decease into the hands of their Father Mr. James Brogden to their use and his Receipt shall be a discharge to my said Executor for the same
Item I give and bequeath unto my said son Isaac Walker the sume of Two Hundred pounds of like money to be paid unto him by my said Executor
within three Moneths next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto Isaac, Robert, Sarah, Ann, Prudence, Katherine, Richard, Elizabeth, Jane and William Walker, Children of my
said son Isaac Walker Fifty pounds apeece of lawfull money of England which said severall sumes of Fifty pounds soe given to the
Children of my said son Isaac Walker my Will and Minde is shall be paid by my said Executor within Three Moneths next after my Decease into the
hands of my said son in law Mr. James Brogden (for the use of the said Children respectively and their severall and respective Executors and
Administrators) and his Receipt shall be a sufficient Discharge to my Executor for the same soe as he the said James Brogden doe and I doe make
my Request to him that he will make a Mortgage of certaine Lands Tenements and Hereditaments of him the said James Brogden of the value of one
Thousand pounds to them the said Isaac, Robert, Sarah, Ann, Prudence, Katherine, Richard, Elizabeth, Jane and William Walker, Children of my said
son Isaac Walker for secureing the payment of the same severall sumes of Fifty pounds and Interest for the same respectively after the Rate of Four pounds
per Centum per Annum and noe more unto them respectively each of the said severall sumes of Fifty pounds and Interest for the same after the Rate
aforesaid to be paid together at one intire payment unto each and every one of the said Children or to their respective Executor or Administrators
at such time as the said Children shall respectively be putt out Apprentices or shall attaine or might have attained their respective ages of one
and twenty years or be respectively Married which shall first happen
Item I give and bequeath unto my Son William Walker the sume of Twenty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid him by my said
Executor within Three Moneths after my Decease
Item I give and bequeath unto Robert the Eldest Son of my Daughter Katherine Thompson by her now Husband the sume of Fifty pounds of
lawfull money of England to be paid by my said Executor within Three Moneths after his Mothers Decease And in the meane time my Will is
That my Executor shall pay him Forty shillings a year quarterly
Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandchildren Sarah Walker and William Walker, Children of my said son William Walker the sume of
Fifty pounds apeece of like money to be paid within three Moneths next after my Decease by my said Executor into the hands of my said son
William Walker for the use of his said Children and the Receipt of my said son William Walker shall be a sufficient Discharge to my said
Executor for the same
Item I give and bequeath all such sume and sumes of money as now are or hereafter shall grow due
or become payable to me (as well principall as Interest) from her present Majesty Queen Ann or her
Successors upon or by virtue or meanes of any the Ticketts mentioned in an Act of Parliament made
in the eighth and nineth yeares of the Raigne of his late Majesty King William the Third Intitled an
Act for granting to his Majesty certaine Duties upon Malt, Rum, Sweets, Cyder and Perry as well
towards carrying on the Warr against France as for the necessary Expence of his Majesties Household
and other Occasions as upon any Ticketts which are now commonly called the Malt Ticketts or for or
upon or by Reason or meanes of any sume or sumes of money by me heretofore lent and paid upon
or upon the Credit of the same Act or which is or are or shall grow due or payable to me by or out of
any Tax or Duty Imposed or laid on Malt by authority of Parliament unto and amongst my two
Grandchildren Isaac Walker son of my said son Isaac Walker and Thomas Walker son of my said
son Richard Walker to be paid unto them within three yeares next after my Decease
And if either of them dye before the same shall be paid or payable to him by this my Will Then I give
and bequeath the said whole Principall and Interest sume and sumes soe given to them as aforesaid
unto the survivor of them my said Grandchildren Isaac Walker and Thomas Walker to be paid unto him at the time aforesaid
Item I give and bequeath unto my Grandson Stephen Cheesman Fifty pounds to be paid within Three Moneths next after my decease
Item I give to the poor people of the parish of Chatham aforesaid the sume of Ten pounds to be Distributed amongst them by my said Executor
in such manner as he shall think fitt
All the Rest ands Residue of my Goods Chattells Leases Pay Wages Debts due from Her Majesty and all other my Dents and personall Estate whatsoever, my Debts Legacies and Funerall Expences being first paid and satisfied I give and bequeath unto my said son Richard Walker whom I make and ordaine full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
And my Will and Minde is that all and every my ready money and debts due upon Bond and Mortgage shall in the first place be applyed toward
payment of my debts and the Legacies hereby given which are payable within Three Moneths next after my Decease
And I doe hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me formerly made
In Witness whereof I the said Isaac Walker have as well to this my last Will and Testament which I have caused to be Indented and a Duplicate
thereof to be made as to the said Duplicate set my hand and seal Dated the day and year first above written
