Item I do Give and bequeath unto my Brother in Law William Head the summe of five pounds of Lawfull money to be paid unto him shortly after my decease by my Executrix
Item I Will and give unto my Kinsman James Brazier son of John Brazier my Brother in Law deceased the like summe of five pounds to be paid to him by my Executrix soon after my decease
Item I Will devise and give all these my severall messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever with their appurtenances unto Margaret my dear and loving Wife for and during the term of her naturall life
And from and after her decease I Will and give the same Premises unto John Walter Son of William
Walter my Nephew and to the Heires of the Body of the said John Walter lawfully
to be begotten for ever
and for want of such Issue then unto the said William
Walter my nephew and to his Heirs for ever (charged with the Mortgage for one
hundred and fifty pounds there upon being to John Eldridge)
Item I do make constitute and ordain the said Margaret my Wife full and sole Executrix of this my Will and leave all my ready money Goods Chattels and Credits she paying my Debts Legacies Funerall and other incident Charges
In Witness whereof I the said Edmund Walter (revoking all former Wills by me made) have hereunto set
my hand and seal the day and year first above written Edm.Walter
