Item I Will and give unto Sarah Walter my dear and
loving Daughter the full and just summe of three hundred pounds of Good and lawfull
money of Great Britain to be Paid to her at her Age of one and twenty years or day of
marriage which shall first happen by my Executor and Trustees hereafter named out of my
Personall Estate
and I do will and give to her the said Sarah my Daughter the Product and
Interest of the said three hundred pounds to be applied by my said Executor and Trustees
for and towards her maintenance support and virtuous Education untill the said three
hundred pounds shall become payable as aforesaid
Item I do further will & give to my said daughter Sarah Walter the summe of fifty pounds of like money to be paid unto her by my said Executor and Trustees hereafter named in such manner as in and by my late deceased Father William Walter�s Will is directed and ordered by me to pay And which I order shall be in full of the said Legacy so given to her by my said late deceased Father�s Will and in full discharge thereof and to be paid accordingly out of my Personall Estate by my Executor and Trustees hereafter named
Item I do hereby Devise Will and give unto the said Sarah Walter
my Daughter all that my one Peice or Parcell of Land now or late belonging to Boremans
Barn and situate lying and being in the Parish of Tonbridge aforesaid and late devised and
given to my late deceased Father William Walter for his life and after his decease to me the
said William Walter and my Heirs for ever by my Aunt Elizabeth Walter�s Will To have and to
hold to the said Sarah Walter my daughter and to her heires for ever
and for default of such Issue to my son John Walter and his heires for ever
And for default of such Issue to my Sisters Elizabeth the now Wife of James Eldridge and Sarah the now
Wife of Thomas Whiffin and their Heires for ever
and for default of such Issue to the right Heires of me the said William Walter for ever
Item I do Will devise and give unto my dear and loving son John
Walter and to his Heires and assignes for ever all my Messuages Lands Tenements and
Hereditaments situate lying and being in the said Parish of Tonbridge or else where (not
herein by me otherwise before devised) To have and to hold unto the said John Walter my
Son and to the Heires of his Body lawfully to be begotten for ever
and for default of such Issue to my said Daughter Sarah Walter and the Heires of her Body lawfully to be begotten
for ever
and for want of such Issue to Elizabeth the now Wife of James Eldridge and Sarah
the now Wife of Thomas Whiffin and their Heires for ever
and for want of such Issue to the right Heires of me the said William Walter for ever And to and for no other use intent or
purpose whatsoever
Item I do hereby make and ordain my said dear son John Walter the full and sole Executor of this my Testament and last Will and for and towards the payment of my Debts Legacies Funerall Expences and other Incident Charges I do hereby Will and bequeath unto him my said son John Walter all my Ready moneys Goods Chattles and Personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever
and I make William Head the Elder James Eldridge Thomas Whiffin and John Eldridge Overseers and Trustees of this my Will
In Witness whereof I the said William Walter (revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made)
have to this my Testament and last Will set my hand and seal the day and year above said Wm Walter
