First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be fully paid and satisfied by me executors hereafter named as soon as conveniently after my decease
and as to all and every my freehold and personal Estates and Effects and also my monies and securities for money whatsoever and wheresoever
I give devise and bequeath the same and every of them and every part and parcel thereof with their
rights members and appurtenances to the same belonging and appertaining unto and between all and
every my child and children as well sons as daughters equally to be divided between and amongst them share and share alike
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son Step�n Walter and my brother Edward Tucker of Loose in the County of Kent Executors of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Frances Walter the testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my
hand and seal this twelfth day of October in the year of our Lord 1824 � The mark and seal of X Frances
Walter � Signed sealed published and declared by the said Frances Walter the testatrix as and for her
last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at London 6th July 1836 before the Worshipful John Danberry Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Stephen Walter the son one of the Executors to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer. Power reserved of making the like Grant to Edward Tucker the brother the other Executor when he shall apply for the same.
