This is the last Will and Testament of me Lidia Ward of Greenhithe in the Parish of Swanscombe in the County of Kent Widow

First I direct that all my just debts shall be paid and discharged and from and after payment thereof and my funeral charges and the expence of proving this my Will
I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my money and effects as follows that is to say
unto my Cousin Ann Lathburry the sum of five pounds but if she should not be living at the time of my decese then to her daughter Sarah Lathburry the like sum of Five pounds

also to George Evans the sum of five pounds
also to Sarah Barns of the Parish of Ash the sum of five pounds
Also to William Westbrook Gardner the sum of five pounds
also to William Pinderburry the son of Sarah Hall the sum of five pounds
also to William Outred late Servant to William Colyer the sum of nineteen Guineas

Also I give and devise the rest and residue of money and effects unto my two Nephews and two Nieces viz John Crowhurst & George Crowhurst Lydia Ludlow the Wife of Henry Ludlow and Sarah Hall Widow share and share alike
except my waring Apprel which I give to my two Nieces to be divided between them

And I do appoint John Crowhurst and Lydia Ludlow the sole Executor and Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I the said Lydia Ward have to this my last Will & Testament set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty six Lydia Ward
