This is the laste will of mee the saide Robert Wastell made and declared the daie and yeare first above written and in the ninth yeare of the Raigne of our soveraigne Lorde, Lorde James by the grace of God, Kinge of England Fraunce and Ireland, deffender of the Faith, etc. And of Scotland the five and fortieth of and uppon all my lands tenements and hereditam[en]ts wth their apprtenncs [appurtenances] sett lying and being in the saide parrishe of St. Peter the Apostle or elswheare In the Isle and County aforesaide
First I will and bequeath all my lands tenements and hereditament wth their apprtenances unto the saide Gabriell Wastell my sonne and to his heires in Fee simple ymediatelie after my decease seeing all my debts legacies and funerall expences fullie dischardged and paide
Item I make and ordaine the said Gabriell Wastell my sonne my sole executor of this my laste will to see the same in all things pfourmed according to the true meaning theareof
