In the Name of God Amen I Paul Waterfall of Eltham in Kent being of a Sound Mind and Memory do make this and no others to be my last Will and Testament in manner following my Soul I commend to God that gave it and my Body to be decently buryed at the Direction of Mr Thomas Burroughs of Eltham whom I appoint as Trustee and to be Paid for his Trouble and Charges
as to Worldly Goods I will in manner following

Item to my Brother Thomas Waterfall all my wearing apparel in general
Item to my Nephew William Waterfall the Sum of five Pounds and the Sum of five Pounds to his said Wife
Item to my Nephew Thomas Waterfall the sum of one shilling
and ten Pounds in sterling to William Waterfall at Cock Maning

the rest and Residue of my Effects of what kind soever I give to my Brothers William Waterfall and Abraham Waterfall of Hallindwater near Ashbourn in Derbyshire whom I appoint as Equal Shearers of my Effects after Funeral Charges and my Just Debts Paid to be whole and Sole Executors of this my last Will & Testament and no other of what kind soever

I Will to my Brother Thos Waterfall five Pounds for Mourning
and five pounds to Thomas Burroughs of Eltham whom I have appointed my trustee for his trouble and all his Charges to be paid

Proved at London 2 June 1756 on oath of Abraham Waterfall, power reserved for William Waterfall.
