To be buried in the church yard at Leeds.
To the church at Leeds 20 shillings.
Item: to Edmund Watts my son of Hollingbourne �20, 10 bushels of wheat and 40 shillings a year to his heirs forever out of the profits of my lands at Harrietsham.

Item: to my son Arthur Watts of Leeds �30 and 40 shillings a year out of my lands at Harrietsham and 5 bushels of wheat.
Item: to Arthur and Edmund my sons all my wearing apparel of linen and wool of all kinds except my best coat which I give to my son Henry whom I make sole executor.

Item: to my daughter Sarah, wife of John Hunt �3 and 20 shillings a piece to her 3 children whether male or female.
Item: to my daughter Deborah Bunce the wife of John Bunce of Ulcombe �5 and 20 shillings a year to her 3 children, whether male or female.
Item: to my eldest daughter, Elizabeth Downs� children, late the wife of Anthony Down 40 shillings a year within 2 years.

Item: to Ann Collison, wife of Edmund Collison �3 within 5 months and further if my son-in-law�s father without guile or deceit will give to his son Edmund more than he hath given him already freely �20, then I shall give unto my daughter Ann �17 more, in all �20.

Item: to Henry Watts my son who lives with me all my household stuff of whatever kind forever, bedding, bedsteads, beddings, coverlets, blankets, chairs, stools, chests, boxes, brasses, pewter, all things in and about the house, my corn in the barn and my stock of cattle and the lease of the farm also the full part of the house at Harrietsham that there is �4 a year to give to his brothers and their heirs forever

and I do by my last will and testament ordain and make him full executor and do charge him, as he will answer in a higher place carefully to do the best and uttermost in his power to see and perform all my gifts and legacies before set down at large paid. So praying to the Almighty to bless and suffer them all and my blessings with all upon that, it hath pleased God to give me bestow upon them and pray that we all may happily meet in a higher place to which God send us. Amen.

Item: Before sealing, to my son Edmund�s 6 children 20 shillings a piece within 2 years and to Arthur�s 2 children 20 shillings within 2 years
and to my servant Sarah Swinbourne 10 shillings.
