Imprimis I give and forgive unto my son Edward Watts the sume of Thirty pounds which he owes me on
a Note under his hand
Also I give unto my said son Edward Watts the Sume of Thirty pounds more.
Item I give and forgive unto my son Rich�d Watts the Principall Sume of Forty pounds oweing by him to
me on Bond and all Interest which shall be due at my death.
Also I give to my said son Richard Watts the sume of Twenty pounds more.
Item I give and forgive unto my Daughter Elizabeth Jones Widd. the sume of Fifty pounds due from her
to me on her Bond and Thirty pounds on a Note and all Interest which shall be due on them at my Decese.
Item I give to my said Daughter Elizabeth Jones the sume of Thirty pounds more of Lawful Money to be
paid to her by my Executors within six months next after my Decese.
Item I give to my Daughter Sarah now wife of William Martin the sume of Twenty pounds of like lawfull
Money to be paid to her by my Executors within six Months next after my Decease.
And if any of them my said Daughters shall happen to Dye before their Legacies shall become payable
then I give the same to the Children of her or them so dyeing respectively.
Item I give unto my Grand Daughter Ann Joans the sume of Twenty pounds to be paid to her In Three
Months after my Decease by my Executors.
And if she shall happen to Dye before that then I give the same to my said Daughter Eliz�th Jones.
Also I give unto my Grandaughter Ann Jones my Red Serge bed with the Curtands Vallence headpeece
Pillows Blanketts and all belonging to it.
Item I give to my Grandaughter Ann Jones my littel Squar foulding Table Two deal boxes and all that shall be found in them at the time of my Decease and allso my Chest of Drawes.
Item I give and bequeath unto my said two Daughters Elizabeth Jones and Sarah Martin equally to be
devided All my household Linnen being mark�t with Three Clew Eyelet holes and all my wearing Apparell
both Linnen and Woollen and Allsoe all the things which shall be found in my great Oaken carved Chest
(in the house wherein I now dwell) at the time of my Decease.
Item the said great Chest I do hereby give and bequeath unto my Said Daughter Eliz: Jones
And my Will & meaning is that my Executors shall be accountable to each other for all Moneys which they or either of them do or shall owe to me at the time of my Decease one Bond Note or other Security except what I have before herein given to and forgiven them respectively
Item all and every Sum & sums of Money w�ch I have given or shall give or dispose of to any of my said Sons or Daughters without takeing Bonds Bills or other Security for the same I do hereby give & forgive them respectively Item I give to the poor of the parish of Thurnham the sume of Twenty shillings to be distributed amongest them at the discretion of my Executors.
Item all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels ready Money Debts and all other my Personall Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after my Debts Legacies and Funerall Expences shall be duely paid and Satisfied I do hereby give unto my Said Sons Edward Watts and Richard Watts equally to be devided between them whome I do make joyntly Executors of this my Will
And I do hereby revoke & make void all former wills by me made.
In Witness wereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Thirty Day of June In the year of our Lord
One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty.

June the Tenth 1734 before the worshipfull George Lee Doctor of Laws Official and so forth in the presence of me Duckow Notary Publick
Appeared personally Edward Watts one of the Executors named in this Will and exhibited the same and renounced and refused to take upon him the Execution thereof and the said Official admitted such his Renuciation he being sworn that he had not intermeddled and would not intermeddle with the deceaseds Goods and Chattells.
Note: Elizabeth Watts was buried at Thurnham 19 August 1733.
Richard Watts & Elizabeth Godden were married at Thurnham 21 May 1672
