Inprimis I will and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Web the som off five pounds in lawfull English money to be payd her by mine executor

Item I will and bequeath unto my sonne Andrew Web the somme likewise off Five pounds to bee payd him by my Executor att the age off two
and twentie yeares off age
Item I will and bequeath unto my daughter Susanna Web the somme of Five pounds to bee payd her by mine Executor att the age off two and
twentie yeares off age by mine executor
Item I will and bequeath unto the child which now my wife Susanna Web is in child withall
which she is now att this Instant great with child off be it man child or woman child
the some off Five pounds to be payd unto it by mine executor att the age of two and twentie yeares by mine executor
Item If any of my sayd sonne or sonnes or daughters or the child which my now wiffe Sussanna is
great with child off shall dye or depart this life any off them or somme of them before the time off
payment as afforesaid then my will is that such porcion or legacies shall be and Remayne to my executor
Item I will and bequeath unto my now wife Sussanna to have her dwelling Freely in the house where I doe now live both her selfe and her child or children which she hath by my selfe during the time she shall be my widdow and soe long to have For her selfe her child or children off mine all diett meat drinke lodging apparrell, linen and woollen in all thinges and att all times seasonable and fitting to be found Allowed and prepared att the charges of mine executor, and she my sayd wife to doe busines in the house accordingly as it was in the time off my life she to make things in Readines For household uses and mine executor to be att all costs and charges
Provided allwaies if my sayd wife Sussanna in the time off her widdowhood shall not accept off the same or shall take distast(e) thereatt nott to live in that manner or to marry againe after my decease that then my will and testament is that my sayd executor shall deliver unto my sayd widdow Sussanna the household stuffe all that she brought with her when she First came to bee my wife both bed & bedding, linnen, woollen, brasse, pewter and all household stuffe or other lumber which Formerly was hers as afforesaid
Item I will and bequeath unto my said widdow Sussanna If she shall depart from my Executor as afforesayd the somme of twentie shillings by yeare to be payd her by mine Executor soe long as shee continue my widdow and the some of eight pounds in lawfull English money to be payd her by mine Executor within one month next after her going away From mine executor as afforesaid
Item the rest of my goods unbequeathed both money, stocke, crop, houshold stuffe or whatsoever
els I give unto my Sonne Thomas Webb whom I make Institute and ordayne my sole executor off this my last will and Testament
And I give unto my said sonne Thomas Web my executor my now dwelling house with thappurts. [the appurtenances] neares thereunto belonging to him
and his heyres for ever (by the exceptions aforesaid)
and I doe hearby Revoke all former wills whatsoever and establish this under my hand and seale the eight day off February in the twentieth

Signed Sealed published and declared to bee The last will and testament of him the said Thomas
Web and these words (one) betwixt the seventh and eight lines and the word (two) betwixt the
nineteenth and twentie lines and the words (soe longe as shee continues my widdow) were all
Interlyned and sett downe before the Signing and sealing heareof in the prsence of us and alsoe
those words betwixt the one and twentieth and two and twnetieth lynes (before the time of payment as afforsaid)

Thomas Webb was buried 24th of February (1644/45) at St. Mary the Virgin, Brabourne.
Susan Webb Widdow was buried September 29: 1680 for whom a certificate was brought (buried in woollen) – at Brabourne.
