Item I give and devise unto my eldest sonn Richard Webb (haveing well provided for him before) all that my messuage or tenement with the lands and appurten'ces therewith used situate lying and being in the parish of Waltham in the said county of Kent and now or late in the tenure or occupacon of Thomas Coveney or of his assignes to have and to hold the same unto my said sonn Richard Webb his heires and assignes for ever
Item I give and bequeath unto my said sonn Richard Webb the full sume of One Hundred pounds parcell of the principell sume of two hundred pounds due to me from John Alleyn of Stowting Gent. and my will and desire is that my said executor shall recover the said One hundred pounds of the John Alleyn withall convenient speed next after my decease and pay the same to my said sonn Richard Webb with interest for the same from the time of my decease after the rate of Six pounds per centid
Item I give and bequeath unto my grandchildren Thomas and Elizabeth Webb children of my said sonn Richard Webb the summe of Ten pounds each of lawfull money of England to be paid unto them by my said executor att their respective ages of one and twenty years
Item I give and bequeath unto my grandchildren Henry Richard and Elizabeth Batcheler children of my daughter the wife of Henry Batcheler to each and every of them the summe of ten pounds of like money to be paid unto them severally att their respective ages of one and twenty years by my said executor
Item I give and devise unto my said sonn Thomas Webb and to his heires and assignes for ever my messuage or tenement wherein I now dwell with the appurtentes and all other my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments in Brabourne aforesaid or elsewhere in the County of Kent except what is before devised unto my said sonn Richard Webb
Item I give and bequeath unto my said sonn and executor Thomas Webb all my mortgages bonds plate goods chattells and personall estate whatsoever he paying out of the said mortgage of two hundred pounds when recovered the said One hundred pounds unto my said sonn Richard Webb and also paying and dischargeing all my debts legacies funerall charges and the charges of the probate of this my will out of the same. In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this twelth daye of May in the yeare of our Lord Christ One Thousand six hundred and ninety Thomas Webb signed sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Webb the testator to be his last will and testament in the presence of us whose names are subscribed who also have sett our hands in the presence of the said Testator William Tolputt, Joane Webb, Joseph Webb
