First I give and devise to my only son Robert Webb one shilling only for that he has been always undutifull and displeased and abused me.
Item I give & devise unto my very loveing friend and neighbour Mr. Andrew Johnson baker all the rest and residue of my goods chatells moneys debts and other personall Estate whatsoever and of what nature after my debts and Funerall expences are paid and discharged
And my will and meaning is haveing trust & confidence in him the said Andrew Johnson that after he has satisfied himselfe out of my personall Estate for all his trouble as being Executor to this my Will that then the remainder thereof he may give & dispose of unto my said son Robert not exceeding one shilling at a time to prevent his wanting bread as is my desire untill the whole remainder be expended in that manner which I doe full & wholly leave to the discretion of him the said Andrew Johnson whom I make constitute & appoint the Sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament
And my will further in case the said Andrew Johnson should depart this life before my said son Robert that then his son Thomas Johnson shall or may act as Executor of this my last Will in the same manner and with the same power as his father might have done were he then liveing.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seal the ninth day of October in the year of our Lord
