Imprimis I will and desire that all my just debts and funeral Expenses be justly paid.
Item I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Twenty shillings to be paid by my executrix at Three Months
after my death
Item I will and bequeath that my house and land should be sold at Brabourn Street in the occupation of the Widow Crittall to pay my debts by my executrix whom I make constitute and appoint Executrix of this my last Will and Testament my loving wife hom I will and bequeath the overplus personal estate and Real Estate not herein before bequeathed unto my said executrix my loving wife Elizabeth Webb
And lastly I revoke and make void all former will and wills by me declared made and do declare this
to be my last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper unto which I set my hand and seal
dated the day and year first above written Thomas Webb signed sealed and published and declared by the
Testator for his last will and testament in the presence of us whose request and in whose presence
we have subscribed our names as witnesses
