Secondly I give and bequeath unto Ann Webb my true and well beloved wife all the houses Land Tenements Goods and Chattles ... Debts Wages whatsoever that I am now posest or shall hereafter be posest to my said wife to have and to hold from my Decease to the end of her life and after her decease to the children begotten by me or shall be by me begotten on the said Ann Webb to have and to hold and their heirs forever.
Thirdly I give and bequeath to my father one shilling to be paid after my decease by my
said wife Ann Webb, to my brother Will'm Webb one shilling to my brother Pheeness
one shilling to my sister Elizabeth Webb one shilling to my Cousin Sarah Smith one
shilling to be paid after my decease by my said wife Ann Webb whome I do constitute
and ordaine my heire Administrator Exec'r to this my last Will hereby revoking all others
And all troubles lawsuits Mollestations whatever to my said Exec'r

This will was proved at Rochester on the 15th Day of September 1756 Before the Rev'd Ralph Bishop Clerk by the Oath of Ann Webb widow Executrix of the said Will named to whom was granted Administration she having been first duly sworn well and faithfully to administer.
