I give devise and bequeathe unto my wife Elizabeth all and every of my Messuages Lands tenements Hereditaments Parts purparts and shares of Messuages Lands tenements and Hereditaments Goods Chattells Rights credits moneys and real and personal estates whatsoever subject to the payment of all my just debts to have hold and enjoy the same unto her my said wife Elizabeth her heirs Excrs. Admins. and assignes to and for her and their proper use behoof and benefit for ever which said Elizabeth my wife I make Constitute and Appoint full and sole Executrix of this my last Will upon Trust and to the Intent and Purpose that she my said wife Elizabeth her Heirs Execrs. and Adminrs. or some or one of them shall make provision out of my said Estates as she my said wife in her discretion shall judge most fit and reasonable and direct or appoint.
And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills devises lagacies and bequests
by me at any time or times heretofore made published or declared In Witness whereof I the said
Edward Webb have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty second day of February In the year of
our Lord Christ one thousand and seven hundred and sixty three and in the third Year of the
Reign of George the Third now King of Great Britain etc. Edward Webb
Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Edward Webb the Testator as and for his
last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence have
subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto.
