I give and bequeath my now wife Elizabeth Webb five Freehold houses situate at Chatham in
the County of Kent to receive the interest and produce thereof during her natural Life
and after her decease or day of Marriage whichever may first happen then I give and bequeath
to and among my children now living Elizabeth John Jane Charles and Francis share and
share alike to receive the interest and produce thereof towards bringing them up until the
youngest shall attain the age of twenty one years then so soon as the youngest of my
children shall attain the age of twenty one same happening after the death or day of
Marriage of my said wife as aforesaid the same is to be equally divided share and share
alike among my said children as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants.
And as to all my personal property Monies in Funds or otherwise I may die possessed of or be
entitled to at the time of my decease of what nature or kind soever I will that an Inventory
of the same be taken so soon after my decease as conveniently may be and the same
fairly valued and that the Interest and produce thereof to my said wife Elizabeth for and
towards bringing up my said children until the youngest shall attain the age of twenty one years.
Then so soon as my youngest child then living or any child by my said wife at the
time of my decease shall attain the said age of twenty one years the same to be sold for
the best price that can be gotten for the same and equally divided among my said children
as aforesaid share and share alike for their sole and separate use and benefit.
And in case of the death of either of my said children before they attain the age of twenty one years and in such case I will that the share of him or her so dying shall be divided and shared to and among the survivors of them.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my Brother Francis Webb of Rochester Baker and Edward Riquebourg of Gillingham, Carpenter
Executors unto this my Will hereby revoking all former and other wills heretofore made and executed by me.
And do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament contained in two whole sheets of paper with my hand and seal being thereunto affixed
written this sixteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred

This will was proved at London the fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and six before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne, Knight, Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oaths of Francis Webb the Brother of the said deceased and Edward Riquebourg the Executors named in the said will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased they having been first sworn by commission duly to administer.
