I give to my trusty Friend Mathew Packham of Bersted yeoman and my Brother Thomas Wedd of
Hollingbourn yeoman the sum of eighty pounds of lawfull money of great Britain for the uses intents
and purposes herein after mentioned
for the use of my son William Wedd and my son John Wedd share and share alike
And if any of my said sons happen to dye before they come of age the survivor to have his part
And all the rest of my goods and chattles whatsoever I give to my beloved wife Hanna for the maintenance and education of my said children
And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Mathew Packham and my brother Thomas Wedd Executors of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written the Mark of
John Wedd Signed seald published and pronounced and declared by the said John Wedd as his last Will
and Testament in the presence of

The above Registered Will of John Wedd deceased was proved the 15 day of September 1736 before the Rev;d William Gostling Clerk lawfull Surrogate to the Worshipfull George Lee Doctor of Laws Official General to the Rev�d the Archdeacon of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of Mathew Packham and Thomas Wedd Executors herein named to whom administration of the goods chattles and credits of the said deceased belong they being sworne well and truly to perform the same.
