In the Name of God Amen the eight day of June Anno Dmi 1607. In the fifte yeare of the Raigne of Our Soveraigne Lord Jeames by the Grace of God Kinge of England France and Ireland Defender of the Faith and of Scotland the fortith.
I JOHN WEEVILLS of the Parish of St. Mildred in the Cittie of Canterburie Cloathworker being sicke and weake in boddie but of a good and pertect remembrance thankes bee to Almightie God doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament as in manner and forme followeth. That is to say first I comend my soule unto Almightie God my maker and redeemer to bee buried in the Churchyard of the foresaid parish of St. My1dred or elsewhere in the discrecon of my Executor.

Item I give and bequeath unto the most neediest poore people of the same parish the some of ten shillings to be distributed amongest them by my said Executor and Overseer hereunder named within one moneth next after my decease.
Item I give unto ELIN my onle servant the some of twenty shillings in money and one petticote cloth of kirsset? to bee likewise paid unto her within one moneth after my decease.

Item I remitt and forgive unto ISACK FURSER the some of twentie shillings which I lent unto him.
Item I give unto JOHN FURSER SMITH and unto W1LLIAM and GEORGE his brothers unto eache of them sixe shillings and eight pence apeece.
Item I give unto AIMYE FURSER my God Daughter tenn shillings.
Item I give unto JOHN BRIDGE of the Parish of Hollycrosse Weaver five shillings
which severall somes my minde is shalbee likewise paid unto them within one moneth next after my decease as aforesaid.

The Residue of all and singular my goods and chattells wheresoever I wholy give and bequeath unto my sonne ISARAEL WEEVILLS whome I ordaine and make sole Executor of this my present Will and Testament.
Furthermore I give and bequeath unto the sayd ISARAEL my sonne all and singular my lands tenements possessions and hereditaments whatsoever as well within ye Cittie of Canterburie above named or elsewhere within the County of Kent and unto the heires of the said ISARAEL forever.

Also I ordaine and constitute my lovinge friend THOMAS JORDAYE of the foresaid Cittie of Canterburie Overseer of this my present Will and Testament. And for his paynes to be taken in and about the performance hereof and furtheringe of my said sonne with his advise and counsell as much as in lieth I give unto him twentie shillings in money and one mouminge cloake.

In Witness of which my present last Will and Testament I have hereunto sett my hand and seale dated the daye and yeare above said. JOHN WEEVILLS marke. Signed sealed and published as the last Will and Testament of the said JOHN WEEVILLS the Day and Yeare above said in the presence and testimony of us
