hearing of Mrs. Elizabeth Bowles wife of Mr. Valentine Bowles of Deale, Mrs. Joanna Culmer of
Deale spinster & Elizabeth Stonnare of Deale spinster whose names are hereunto subscribed
whome or one of whome the sd deceased bade take notice that what he had declared was his will or

Tobias Weller, son of Alexander and Ann Weller, was baptised in Rolvenden, Kent, on 30 April 1654. He married Mary Culmer, daughter of John and Joan Culmer, on or around 29 December 1681. Of their five children, daughter Ann and son John survived to adulthood. Tobias Weller died in Deal after 5 January 1690 and was buried at Great Mongeham, Kent, on 9 January 1690.
