This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Wenham of the Parish of Headcorn in the County of Kent made this 26 day of October in the Year of our Lord 1809 in perfect mind and memory

First I nominate constitute and appoint Solomon Davis of Headcorn aforesaid my Son in Law Executor of this my last Will and Testament I desire that my remains may be decently interred without any pomp or parade and the expenses attending the same together with the Probate of this my last Will and Testament be first and Principally discharged by my said Executor

I give and bequeath to my said Son Solomon Davies In trust for himself my daughter Elizabeth Davies and the children of the said Solomon and Elizabeth during the term of the natural lives of the said Solomon and Elizabeth Davis all my ready money Clothes furniture and all bills bonds notes of hand and all other my effects and property wheresoever the same may be in any part or parts of the United Kingdom or elsewhere
and at or after the decease of the said Solomon and Elizabeth Davis unto all and every their children male and female in equal portions to be divided among the said children

and it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Solomon Davis if he shall meet with business to employ the said moneys and Securities in any Trade or Calling he may think proper for the benefit of such the children of the said Solomon and Elizabeth Davis may seem meet and convenient

And Lastly I the said Elizabeth Wenham have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of Paper set my hand and Seal this 26 day of October in the Year of our Lord 1809 The Mark of Elizabeth Wenham
