In the Name of God Amen the 13th of December 1635
I Elizabeth Wessenden of the p[ar]ishe of Ickham in the Countye of Kent, Widdow, though weake of body, yett of p[er]fect and good Remembraunce the Lord be praysed for it, and for all his other Blessings bestowed upon mee I doe here make this to be my last Will and Testament in Manner and forme followinge
Fyrst I Bequeath my Soule into the hands of Allmightye God, Assureinge my selfe by the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ to have full pardon and forgivenes of All my sinnes and knoe after Meanes and my body to be decentlye Buryed in the Churchyard of the pishe of Ickham at the discretion of my Exeuctor And as for my wordly goods I give them as follweth

Item I give (and) bestowe to the p[ar]ish (of) Ickham iijs & iiijd [3s 4d]
Item I give unto my daughter Mary and .................
............ the wife of William Luckett my ... .... .... twenty poundes of Currant Money of England to be payd unto her by my Executor within fyve yeares after my decease, if that shee the s[ai]d Margarett soe long shall live,
But in Case that shee decease this life before the fyve yeares be expired then my Will is that Margarett Luckett my god daughter the daughter of the sayd William Luckett shall have Tenn pounds And Ann Luckett and Elizabeth Luckett the other Tenn pounds to be equally devided between them within the time aforesd. of this, soe long shall have if that yt happen that e[i]ther of them doe departe this life afore the tyme aforesd. then my will is that her p[ar]te soe? dyinge to be equallye devided between them that shall be then alive

Item I give unto Ann Luckett the aforesd. daughter of William Luckett my Black chest and halfe A dozen off Lynnen Napkens and my gowne
Item I give unto Margaret Luckett my godaughter aforesd.one fine long Table Cloth and one Long Hand Towell and my best old pettycoate and one small Brasse Ketle and my best white Aprson
Item I give unto Elizabeth Luckett the daughter of the aforesaid William halfe a dozen of Lynnen Napkens one pott, Brasse Stupnett and my best gowne, Apron and one Brasse Candleticke
Item I give unto Ann Wessenden my grandchild, halfe a dozen of Napkins and one payre of sheets and one brasse Candlesticke
Item I give unto ....... my best pettycoate and wastecoate

Item I give unto John Wessenden my sonne two pillow beres and two yard? kercheefes and one Cubbard Cloath and one Presse Cubbard and one? bed? and frame and two farmes? and one Brasse ketle and one young heafer [heifer]
Item My Will and Meaninge is that all my Lynnen unbequeathed all to bee equallie devided betweene John Wessenden my Sonne and Margarett Lucket my daughter

All the Rest of my moveable goods unbequeathed after my Legacies be payd, my funerall Expences and the plate of tis my Will discharged I give unto John Wessenden my Sonne whome I make and ordayne to be my full and whole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament

This is the Last will and Testam[en]t of mee the aforesaid Elizabeth Wessenden made and declared the 13th day of December 1635 of all my houses and Lands, Orchards and gardens and Hereditaments whatsoever Lyinge in the p[ar]ishe of Ickham in the Countye aforesaid

Item I give all those my houses and Landes and gardens and Hereditaments whatsoever thereunto belonginge unto John Wessenden my sonne to him and his heyres for ever uppon Condicon that hee shall pay and dischrdge all those my guiftes Legacyes and Bequeathes whatsoever that I have heeretofore willed, or given in this my Last Will and Testamt.

And now any that quiett, Comittinge my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God, Assuringe my selfe that when death hath sealed appoynt this my body my Soule shall Rest in heaven with Christ my Saviour
In Witnes whereof I have heareunto sett my hand and Seale the Marke of Elizabeth Wessenden
in the prsence of us John Dewell; Rchard Cuttinge
