And I give & devise one full and equal undivided moiety or half part (the whole into two equal parts
being divided or considered as divided) of and in all that my Freehold piece of Land with buildings
thereon situate at or near Bonzell Common in the said Parish of Sevenoaks containing by estimation
three acres little more or less planted with fruit and Filbert Trees unto and to the use
of William Moon of Sevenoaks aforesaid Butcher and Jane his Wife their heirs and assigns for ever
subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the payment of the sum of fifteen guineas unto Frederick William Moon the Son
of the said William Moon and Jane his Wife within six Calendar months next after my decease
And I devise the other remaining one full and equal undivided moiety or half part of and in the said
piece of Land with the Buildings thereon unto to the use of my Son Frederick West his heirs and assigns for ever
subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the payment of the sum of fifteen Guineas unto the said Frederick William Moon the
Son of said William Moon and Jane his Wife within six Calendar months next after my decease
And as to and concerning all and singular my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever, and of what nature, kind or quality soever the same may be after and subject to the payment of my just debts, Funeral and Testamentary expences, I give and bequeath the same and every of them and every part thereof and all my Estate and Interest therein unto the said William Moon and Jane his Wife, their Executors and Administrators for their own use and benefit
and I nominate and appoint George Kelson of Sevenoaks aforesaid, Surgeon and Apothecary sole Executor of this my Will
And I do hereby declare that the said George Kelson his Executors or Administrators shall not be
answerable for any more monies or effects than he or they shall actually receive or shall come to his or
their hands by virtue of this my Will, nor for any loss which shall happen of the same or any part
thereof, as such loss happen without his or their wilful default
And also that it should be lawful for him and them out of my Estate and Effects to deduct, retain, withhold and reimburse to and for
himself and themselves all such loss, costs, charges and expences as he or they shall suffer, sustain, expend or be put unto on account of
the Executorship or in anywise relating thereunto
In Witness thereof I the said John West the Testator to this my last Will and Testament contained in
two sheets of paper set my hand to the first sheet thereof and my hand and Seal to this second and
last sheet thereof this twenty sixth day of March one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven
