It is my wish to be interred in my late Father and Mother’s vault (that is the Mantell Vault) which must be enlarged if necessary *
And I direct my Executors to appropriate for this purpose and for having the vault watched for a certain time the sum of One hundred pounds
or whatever sum they may find requisite
I give to my four Children namely: Ann Weston, Thomas Tempest Weston, Reginald Francis Weston and Eliza Manclark Weston the sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds each
I bequeath to my single daughters who may be usually living with me at the time of my decease all my furniture, plate, linen, china, nooks, prints and pictures, jewels, ornaments and clothing and other household provisions and effects And if there shall be only be one daughter so usually residing with me she is to have the whole
And after payment of my debts, funeral and testamentary expences I bequeath All the Residue of my property both Real and Personal unto and equally between my two daughters the said Ann Weston and Eliza Manclark Weston for their absolute benefit
And I direct that the legacies, chattels and shares of residue above given to my daughters shall be for their several separate use and to be at their own disposal by deed, gift or Will or otherwise as they severally may direct free from the controul of any Husband to whom either of them may be at any time married

Eliza Manclark, d. of Thomas and Catharine Weston of Tenterden, Grazier, was baptised on 3rd June 1824 at St. Mildred, Tenterden.
Thomas Weston, Bachelor married Catharine Mantell, Spinster, both of this parish by Licence on the 25th July 1809 at St. Mildred.
Witnesses were: Jereh. [Jeremiah] Curteis and Charlotte Mantell.
