I Humphrey Wightwick of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Gentleman do hereby revoke all Wills heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

Whereas I am entitled to the annual Sum of Thirteen Pounds eight shillings and two pence issuing and Payable out of certain stock in the Long Annuities until the expiration of the Same Annuities Now I give and bequeath unto my dear Mother Elizabeth Wightwick of Tenterden in the said County during the term of her natural life the said annual Sum of Thirteen Pounds eight shillings and two pence to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter named and I declare that her receipt shall be a Proper discharge for the same

and from and after her decease I give and bequeath the same annual sum unto my four brothers John William Charles and George and to my two Sisters Sarah and Jane in equal shares or to such of them as shall then be living

I bequeath unto my Nephew John the son of my Brother John my Watch Bible and Prayer book
and to my Niece Jane Weston my Watchguard

and I give and bequeath all the remainder of my Goods Chattels Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever to be equally divided among my Brothers and Sisters living at the time of my decease but subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences

And I nominate John Pix Weston of Harbourne near Birmingham Executor of this my Will

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Fourth day of December One thousand eight hundred and fifty six Humphrey Wightman
