After the Payment of my Funeral Charges and Just Debts if any be at the time of my Decease
I Give and devise unto my cousin William Wigzell of East Greenwich
aforesaid Baker All such Part Share and Interest as I may have or hereafter may
be intitled unto of in and to all the Land Barn or Buildings with Appurtenances
thereunto belonging Situate on the West Side of Corkham Hill in the Parish of
Westerham in the County of Kent and now in the Occupation of Henry Cooper To
hold the same unto my said Cousin William Wigzell his Heirs and Assigns forever
Subject nevertheless to and under this Express Condition and not otherwise that the said William Wigzell do and shall within two Months next after my decease pay unto my Brothers Thomas Wizgell of Seven Oaks in the said County of Kent Bricklayer John Wizgell of the same Place Victualler and to my Sister Mary Tuck Wife of Anthony Tuck of the Parish of Saint John Westminster ..... the sum of Twenty Pounds apiece (the said Premises as they are free from Incumbrances being of the Value of Sixty pounds or thereabouts)
Provided nevertheless that if the residue of my Effects over and above the said Sum of Sixty Pounds shall not be sufficient to pay and satisfie my Funeral charges and Just Debts Then I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay in the First Place so much of the said Sixty Pounds as Will be sufficient for discharging the same and to divide the remainder between my Said Brothers and Sisters Thomas Wigzell John Wigzell and Sarah Tuck in equal proportions Share and Share alike
All the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects whether real or Personal or of what nature or kind soever the Same Shall be or consist of at the time of my Decease I Give Devise and bequeath to my said Brother Thomas Wigzell his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever
And I do hereby nominate and Appoint my Said Cousin William Wizgell Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made

thirty first day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty William Wizgell
