First I [ ] order and direct that all my just Debts Legacies Funeral Expenses and the probate of this my Will shall be
first paid and discharged
Also I give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Wigzell Son of my Brother Robert Wigzell one hundred pounds
of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid by my Executrix immediately after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my trusty and Well beloved friend Thomas Horton of Sevenoaks in the said county [
] Master the Sum of five hundred pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain In Trust for the said Thomas Horton his
Executors and Administrators to put and [?place] out to interest in some of the public Funds or other good
Securities in parcels or otherwise and the interest therefrom arising I will shall from time to time be applied to the
Maintenance and bringing up of my grandchildren Mary Relph Sarah Relph and Thomas Relph
he the said Thomas Horton from time to time paying himself his reasonable Expenses and for his Time and Trouble in the
Execution hereof and my Will and Mind is that two hundred pounds thereof shall be paid to my said Grandaughter
Mary at her age of twenty one Years the like sum to my Grandaughter Sarah at the same age and the then
remaining Sum of one hundred pounds shall be paid to my said Grandson Thomas at his age of twenty one Years
and in case of the death of any or other of my said Grandchildren duing their Minority the Legacy or Legacies of
him her or their so dying shall go and be paid to the Survivors or Suviver of them at their respective ages of twenty
one Years
Also I give unto my said friend Thomas Horton the sum of ten pounds and ten shillings to be paid him by my Executrix immediately after my decease and I will that he shall be no ways accountable for any involuntary Losses that may happen touching the Execution of this my Will
Also I give and devise unto my loving daughter Elizabeth the Wife of Robert Relph all my Messuages Farms Lands and Premises whatsoever situate lying and being in the Parish of Kemsing aforesaid or elsewhere To a[] unto my said Daughter Elizabeth Relph and her Assigns during the Term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease then to the [] Male of her Body lawfully begotten and to be begotten and their heirs and assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and on Failure of [] Male surviving the age of twenty one Years then to [] [] [] of my said Daughter their Heirs or Assigns forever as Tenants in Common
Also after all my just Costs Legacies and Funeral Expenses and the probate of this Will are paid and discharged all the Residue and Remainder of personal Estate I give unto my loving Daughter Elizabeth whom I nominate full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament thereby revoking all former Wills and Bequests by me made
In Witness thereof I the said Stephen Wigzell the Testator have by this last Will and Testament set my hand and seal
