In the Name of God Amen I Robert Wigzell of the Parish of Brasted in the County of Kent Farmer being of a sound and disposing mind and memory praised be to God for the same Doth make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First and Principally I recommend my Soul into the hand of Almighty God and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned

In the first place I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Willm Jones One hundred and fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain
I also give and bequeath unto the said Willm Jones two houses with the Gardens and every thing thereunto belonging for ever lying in the Parish of Westerham in the said County

I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Mary Bookham One hundred and fifty pounds of the like lawful money
I give and bequeath unto my Cousin Jane Wickenden One hundred pounds of the like lawful money
I give and bequeath unto my Brother John Wigzell One hundred pounds of the like lawful money
I give and bequeath unto my Cousin John Wigzell Thirty pounds of the like lawful money
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Constable Fifty pounds of the like lawful money
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Marget One shilling
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary One shilling
I give and bequeath unto my Brother Willm Wigzell One shilling

I also Give and bequeath unto my Cousin John Jones of Tongs Hill in the Parish of Brasted in the above said County All my ready money Book Debts Rights Credits Household Goods Personal Estates and also the Little Farm commonly called Hodges and whatsoever to me belonging being subject to the payment of Funeral expences and Legacies above mentioned

And I do nominate and appoint my Cousin John Jones above mentioned to be my whole and Sole Executor for this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made
And I do further Desire that all the above Legacies be fulfilled and paid in twelve months and one Day after my Decease

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this third day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety seven Robert Wigzell
