Will of Thomas Wilkins

of East Peckham, Kent

I give and bequeath unto my two Kinsmen Thomas Sutton of the Parish of Penshurst in the County of Kent Farmer and William Buss of Plaxtoll in the County of Kent Schoolmaster all and singular of my Estate as it is be it of whatever nature or kindsoever and wheresoever as it shall happen whenever my decease shall happen to be equally divided share and share alike my just debts and Funeral expences being first paid and satisfied

And I also nominate and appoint the said Thomas Sutton and William Buss joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills at any time heretofore made by me I declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Wilkins have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written the Mark X of Thos Wilkins the Testator
