I give unto Richard Willard my son £10 to be paid when he reaches 23y
Unto Katheryn Willard my daughter £10 to be paid when he reaches 29y or her day of marriage
Unto John Willard my son 1 stockbed 1 cawdrone
The residue of all my stuffe and househould I give unto Elner my wife
Allso I will that the said Elner my wife shall have every year during her natural life 2 seames of good wheate
marchanntable and 1 seame of ote malte of usuall measure to be delivered on demand at the mansion house where in I now dwell
Itm I will that the said Elner my wife shall have during her natural life 4 corde of wodde to be delivered half yearly
Itm I give unto Elner during the time of xxvi years £4 4x per year with right of entry and distrain distress if unpaid etc
Also my will is that Elner my wife shall have the loft chamber called the agesten chamber in the said mansion house during the said xxxi years if she live so long with free accesse ingresse egresse and regresse to and from the said chamber
And the residue of all my moveable goodes and cattell I gyve unto the said John my son whom I make my executor

and if said John die without heires then my will is that George my son shall have yt paying unto John Willardes widow xxvj s viii d a year
