My wife Marie/Mary shall have the occupation of the hall wherein I now dwell, my household stuff & implements, my wool my wheate in my house
& barne and all my wheate barley pease & oates now growing on the land in the my own occupation & my malte & 4 kins & hay which lyeth in
my hayhouse & over my staule where my oxen standeth my young mare ten of my ewes my hogges my bacon & butter cheese & all other my
victually all my poultry & £5 to be delivered/paid unto my wife immediately after my decease
to my wife Marie my interest & terme of years yet for to come of & in the peece of lande which lieth on the other side of the streete over
against Sharpleigh gent paying therefore every year during the years yet to come unto Thomas Bolde my sisters sonne or to his assigns 20s

Unto Thomas Bolde s/o of my sister Joane deceased 50 pounds & 1 plough with culter rake & tyth for oxen to drawe by, & 1 red yo?med heyffer & 12 busshells of wheate & my interest & terme years yet to come in that messuage & lands in Horsmonden which I houlde by lease from Robert Sharpeigh gent, except my interest & terme years yet to come in the peece of lande which lyeth on the other side of the Kinge High Street over against my now dwelling house being parcel of the lande which I have before given & bequeathed unto the said Mary my wife for the years yet to come
I give unto Marie Bolde the d/o my saide sister Jone 10 pounds
Unto Simon Sudar 10 pounds
Unto Richard & Thomas Willard ss/o of William Willard late of Horsmonden labourer deceased 5 pounds each when 21
Residue of all my moveable goods & chattells I give unto my saide brother Richard Willard, whom I make my executor
Concerning the disposition of all my lande & tenements with appurts
Unto Marie my wife the messuage kytchin barne other houses close garden orchard & seaverall peece or parcells of lande in Horsmonden now my own occupation called Westebynnes with apurts during her natural life & to be lawful for her to take tymber for repairs, firewood for then use & necessary spending of her for as long as she live in said messuage keeping the necessary repacons thereof paying the lorde rente yearlye
Unto Elizabeth Wyllard 1 of the dd/o the said Richard Willard my brother 1 yearly rent of 40s
After the decease of my wife then to the said Richard Willard my brother & his heirs, all those my seaverall peece or parcells of lande
in Horsemonden called Weestebynnes with appurts and Wychendens with appurts in Horsmonden
