The residue of all my moveable goods & chattels not aforewilled, my debts paid & this will fulfilled I bequeath to Bridgett my wife whom I ordayne & make Executrix and I appoint my loving Fa[ther?] Rob[ert] ... Brenchley aforesaid yeoman to be my overseer ... & I give unto him the said Robt hereintakinge viijs iiijd
Disposition of messuages or tenements & landes situate in parish of Brenchley ...
I will unto the aforesaid Agnes Wyllard [?my] daughter All that one mesuage or tenement one little croft of land to the adjoining & all
orchardes gardens closes & appurts ... mesuage belonging which I late purchased of one Ric[ard] Mea?ner Pentnake? Att Matfield
greene in Brenchley aforesaid with said ... premises and now in the occupacon of John Moyle or of his
assignes to have & to hold unto the said Agnes my ... & to her heires for ever
Item I will & bequeath all the residue of [...] my messuages tenements & lands whatsoever with thappurts except which ... my present will by me willed & geven unto the forsaid Mathew my so[nne] ... Forever when he shall come t[o h]is full age of xxjth yeers provided ... My son happen to die without heires of his body lawfully begotten or before to his full age of xxjth years then my will & mynd is that my foresaid messuages tenemenst & lands shall remayne & be unto the said Agnes my daughter & unto her heir[es] for ever,
provided further that my will & mynde is that the foresaid Bridgett [?my] Wife or her assygnes shall have rece??? & take the profittes & comodities of my mesuage or tenements & lands wherein I now dwell without committing doing ... suffering any strippe or wast, shee keeping the reparacons thereof & paying the [-] until my said Mathew my sonne shall come to his said age of xxjth years, to this inten[?t] that shee the said Bridgett my wife or her assignes shall bringe upp keepe & mayntayn my said two children namlie Mathew & Agnes will & sufferenthi? From tyme to ty[?me] to?/chings enlie things needful for them Concerninge the keeping & mayntayn[?-] them or of any of them until they come to their ages afore menconed
