First I do give and bequeath to William Willmanton my son and his heirs and assigns for ever all my Messuage or Tenement and Land thereunto belonging situate lying and being at Chelvington Greene in Great Charte aforesaid with the appurtenances And also I give unto my said Son William and to his heirs and assigns for ever All my Land lying in Pastour Mead? in Ashford in the County aforesaid which I late purchased of Peter Tilman
Item I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Willmanton ffifty pounds of good
and Lawfull money of England to be paid to him within three months after my
Decease by my said Executor
Item I give unto my said son Henry one trunk
with a lock and key marked with T. B. with all that is in the said trunk and
also one Trunk with lock and key and all that therein is marked with M.S.
and also one chest with woollen apparel which was my wives and also one
bedstead one feather Bed feather bolster feather pillow one pair of blankets
and one yellow Rug with Curtains and velour also one Trundle bedstead a
feather bed a feather bolster and pillow a pair of blankets and a rug with
what belongs thereunto standing in the parlour where I lye
Item I give unto my said son Henry one Silver bowl and one silver Spoon and one half of
my pewter brass and pots All with which promises are to be delivered unto
him by my executor upon demand after my decease
Item I give unto Henry Murford my Daughters Son Seven pounds to putt him
forth to be an Apprentice to bee paid to him by my Executor
Item I give unto John Murford her younger son forty shillings to be paid
unto him by my Executor within a year after my Decease
Item I give unto John Murford my son in Law all my wearing apparel of Woollen
Item I give to the poore of great Charte aforesaid Ten shillings to be
distributed unto them at the discretion of my executor
I give to my son William his daughter Elizabeth my wives best gown and a
silk petticoat and her gold ring and a Silver Spoon
I give to his daughters Margarett and Anne to each of them a Silver Spoon
And all the rest and residue of my goods and chattels whatsoever my debts
paid Legacies performed and funeral expenses discharged I give and bequeath
them unto William Willmanton my Son And of this my last will and Testament I
do make and declare my Said Son William sole Executor In Witness whereof
I the said Henry Willmanton have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and
year first above written Henry Willmanton Sealed published and declared in
the Presence of
