And as I have not enough to pay my Depts, I therfore order that my House and Lands where John Muddle now dwelleth shall be sould for the payment of my depts which I desire may be done as soon as conveniently it can be after my decease.
And I give to my sister Elina Malbon five Pounds to be paid her after my House is sould and all my depts paid, provided there remaine enough to pay my Sister Malbon that Legacy after my Creditors are satisfied and all Charges paid
Item I give to my kinsman William Thurston which shall remaine of the Money the House may yeld if any there be, after what is above mentioned is first paid, and also what other Legacies I shall give
Item I give to William Muddle my Silver Buckels
And I do appoint William Farrance (who now liveth in the House where I am) to be my Executor to execute this my last Will & Testament and in consideration ot the trouble he must be att, and also lost of time to performe what I have desired him to do, I give and bequeath to the said William Farrence (who is my Executor to this my last will) five pounds out of the Money he shall receive for my House or for any thing else that I shall leave behind me and I desire every thing herein mentioned may be performed notwithstanding any prior will made by me which I declare null and void and this to be my last will
