In the Name of God Amen the Seventeenth Day of February in the Nineth Year of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God, King of Great Britain and so forth and of our Lord God one thousand Seven Hundred thirty and five 1735
I George Williamson of the Parish of Breadgar in the County of Kent, Yeoman, being very weak and Low in Body but of a perfect mind and sound Memory, thanks be given to Almighty God for the same, therefore calling unto mind the Mortallity of my Body & knowing tis Appointed for all men once to die, do make & ordain this my Last Will & Testament, that is to say
Principally & first of all I give and recommend my Soul into the hands of God who gave it & for my Body I recommend it to the Earth to be buried after a Decent & Christian like manner at the decreation of my Executor, nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same And as touching my Worldly Estate which it has pleased God to bless me in this Life, I give & despose in the following manner & form

Impris I give to Edward Williamson, Eldest Son of George & Elizabeth Williamson of Pett (?) my dwelling house & land at Bredgar & all there unto belonging
Impris I gie to John Williamson the sum of ten Pounds
I give to George Williamson the sum of ten Pounds to be paid by Elizabeth Williamson whom I Constitute & ordain my sole Executor at her discretion

Impris I give to John Williamson Senier the sum of five pounds & forgive him what he owes me
Impris I give to my Cousin Mary Diprose five Pounds
Impris I give to Thomas Hull five shillings and to Mary Hull five shillings
Impris I give to my Sister Matha two Children five shillings each
Impris I give to Ann Rogers five shillings
Impris I give to Hanna Fowle five shillings

And I do hereby disannul and revoke all Covenants, Testaments and Wills relating here unto from the beginning of the World to the day of the Date of these presents confirming this to be my Last Will & testament in Witness here unto I have set my hand and Seal the Date & Year above written

Signed, Sealed, Published & Declared & Pronounched by the said George Williamson, Yeoman, as his last Will & Testament in the Presents of us three Witnesses
Signed by me, the Mark of George Williamson
Witness : Bartholemew Lee, Thomas Tollast & William Russell

Probate : November the 20th 1736 before the Revd Richard Monins Clerk Surrogate &c In the presence of me Martin Upton, Public Notary
This Will was proved by the Oath of Elizabeth Williamson the Executrix herein named she being sworne well and truly to performe the same
