first I give all my wearing Apparel of all sorts unto my two Daughters Susanna Witherden and Ann Witherden equally between them
as to all my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever After Payment thereout of all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences I Give unto my Children the said Susanna Witherden George Witherden Robert Witherden Ann Witherden and Francis Small Witherden equally to be divided between them and to their Respective Executors Administrators and Assigns
and if it shall happen my said Personal Estate should not be Sufficient to Pay and satisfy all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences then it is my earnest desire and I hereby entreat and request my said Children would pay and make good such deficiency (if any) out of their respective Legacies lately given them by their late Uncle William Small in equal shares and Proportions
and I do appoint my said Daughters Susanna Witherden and Ann Witherden Joint Executrixes of this my Will
