In the name of God Amen the eleventh daye of September in the ninetenth yeare of the Raygne of our most graciouse Soveraygne Lord James by the grace of god of England France and Ireland Kinge defender of the faith &c & of Scotland the five and fiftith Anno 1621
I Joane Wollet of Hedcorne in the Countye of Kent widow beinge sick in bodye but of good and p�fect memorye thanks be give to god doe make and ordayne this my testament and last will in manner and forme followinge that is to say
First I bequeath my soule to almightie god hopinge to be saved only by the death and passion of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my bodye to be buried in the earth wher it shall please god to call mee Concerninge all such goods as god of his mercye hath endowed me wthall my will and minde is as followeth

First I give to everye one of my children to eyther of them xij d to be payd unto them by my executor w�thin one yeare next after my decease

All the rest of my moveable goods hay corne and cattell and houshold stuffe I will that my executor shall take it towards the payment of my debts and childrens portions limited by the courte and give them in this my will
And if ther bee anye overplus my debts and legacies beinge payd and my funerall expences and the charges for the provinge of my will beinge discharged I will to bee devided betweene my three youngest daughters in equall p�ts by my executor

I make Richard Waters my executor and Robet George my overseer
And if Richard Waters refus the executorship then I will my sonne Thomas shall take it upon himself

In witnes wherof to this my will I have sett to my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written
