Item I gyve and bequeathe
unto Elizabeth Woodyer my daughter the sume of three pounds of good and lawful money
of England to be payd unto her at the daye of her marriage, or when shee comethe of 21
bio yeares

Item I will that yf anie of my three daughters doe die before the sayde daie of their
marriage, or of their age of 21 yeares, then theyr sayd portions shall remayne unto the
....... of my sayd three daugh ters equallie to be divided betweene them,
Item I gyve and bequeathe unto Robert Woodyer, my sonne the some of Twentie shillings of good and lawfull money of Englande to be payd unto him at the age of 21 yeares.
Item I gyve and bequeath unto Rose Woodyer my wyfe all my house and lande lyinge wthin the parishe of Cowlinge in fee symple to gyve or to sell as shee shall think good. Item I make and ordaine the sayde Rose my Wyfe my full and whole executrixe of this my last will and Testament, And all the Residue of my goods unbequeathed, I gyve and bequeathe unto her. Item I will that shee shall payeall my debtes and lagacies
Item I will the my {saide} wyfe shall have the governement of my sonne Robert untill he come to the age of 13 bene yeares, And also I will that she shall have the yearelie farme of his lease of a marshe lyinge in the p(ar)ishe of Clyffe / Cliffe called Pickewockhe and Butlers hope duringe the terme aforenamed, the Lorde beinge discharged, And she for that shall sett him to schole untill he cann writt and reade well, and shall fynde him all other things from tyme to tyme untill he come to the age of 13 bene yeares And then I will that by the consent of my sayde wyfe his mother , and of my overseers he shalbe bounde prentise unto such an occupation as they shall thinke to be moste fytt for hym.
Item I will that the sayde Rose my wyfe shall further receive the farme of the sayde marshes untill he come to the age of 21 tie yeares shee puttinge in sufficient sureties unto my overseers to paye unto my sayde sonn Robert the proffits whiche she shall receive of the sayde lease when he shall come to the age of 21 fit yeares the Lord being discharged . Item I will that my over seers shall ahve the kepinge of the sayde lease and the letting and setting of yt from tyme to tyme untill my sayde sonne Robert doe come to the age of 21 fit yeares
Item I will that yf the sayde Rose my
Wyfe either cann not or will not be bounde with sufficient sureties with her as is
aforementioned unto my overseers then I will that my overseers shall have the orderinge of
the same to the best use and behoof of my sayde sonne untill he come to the age of 21 fit
yeares Item I make and ordaine my uncle Robert Noble and my brother William Woodier
and my brother Thomas Hulke my overseers of this my last will and Testament; Item I
bequeath unto ..... of my sayde overseers three shillings fourpence
