I geve & bequeath unto Stephen Wood my father one Cowe now in the keeping of one Thomas Battee, one ewe & one lambe
Item I geve unto John Harvie & Elizabeth Harvie, children of William Harvie, to either of them 20s presentlie to be paid
to their said father unto ther use
Item I geve unto Attewell Wood my brother 40s, one bushell of wheate, the whiche monie & wheate
he shall receave of Thomas Pett of Millton, being dewe unto me by him & 10s more to be paid him by mine executor
Item I forgeve him the said Attewell all such money & debts as is dewe unto me by him
Item I geve unto William Wood my brother one Cow now in the keeping of the said Thomas Pett
with 6s 8d which shalbe dewe by him at maytide next for the profitt of hir & one calfe then with hir
Item I geve unto Arthur Harvie sonne of the said William Harvie one ewe
Item I geve unto Mary Harvie my sister 10s
All the rest of my goodes unbequeathed I geve unto Thomas Wood my eldest brother, uppon
condicon that he do pay yearlie during the lives of the said Stephen Wood & Issabell his wife, my
father & mother & the survivour of them intrest (accordinge to the usuall rate that may be taken) for
all that money which is dew unto me by Robert Seade of Maidstone in the said Countie, yoman, as
apppereth by one writinge obligation thereof betwene us made
which said Thomas I do make my sole executor of this my last will & testament
