Item I will and gyve to the reparations of Wormshill churche vjs viijd to be bestowed in upon or about the said Churche where my Executor shall thinke most needfull within one whole yeare next after my deathe.
Item I will gyve and bequeath to Jane my wife all & all manner my houshold stuff and Implements of houshold whatsoever beinge within or aboute my housse, I will and gyve to my said wife Jane my Two kyne, six Ewes, all the Swyne and powltrie and �e�e busshells of good will? polled wheate to be delyvered at foure termes in the yeare quarterly during her naturall life also I gyve to the said Jane my wife duringe her naturall life three suffitiente loads of Gized wood for for fuwell and burninge
provided allwayes and my will is that if the said John Wood my godsonne doe die and departe this worlde before the xx li to him willed shalbe die and without heire ofhis body lawfully begotten Then I will and gyve the said xx � to James Wood and Richard Wood the two youngest children of my said sonne Adame
All the residue of my goods corne and Chattells whatsoever not gyven, my debts and legacies paid and this my will performed, I doe will gyve and bequeath to the said Adame Wood my sonne whome I do ordaine and appoint sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
Towchinge the disposition of my messuage or (tenements) Barne buildings and lands with all & singuler theire appurtenances scituate lyinge and beinge in Wormshill aforesaid conteyninge in all by estimacon fourtie akers be there more or lesse all which said tenements & lands and everie parcell thereof I doe will gyve and bequeathe to the said Adame Wood my sonne, to be had to him and his heires in fee ------ for ever.
Item I will & gyve to the said Jane my wife yearly during her naturall life the full some of three pounds of currant mony of England to be paid to her by my said Executor by even portions at fowre termes in the yeare wi---- quarterly xvs To be paid out of my said Tenement and Lands
Item my will and meaninge is that the said Jane my wife shall freely have the use and
occupation of the ---- parte of my dwellinge housse with such roomes as are there
conteyninge, and full libertie ingresse & regresse to make fire in the usuall place called the
waredasse in the said housse duringe her naturall life, Provided if my said wife doe marrie
againe then she to have noe dwellinge in my hows
Also I will and gyve to the said Jane my
wife duringe her naturall life such fruiche? as shall encrease and growe upon there appletrees
in my orchyard at the election & choice of my said wife if and yearly.
